We had found out that our landlord was selling our house last August. We were very sad about this.
But one had came up a few doors down. I contacted Cannon Estates and had a viewing Monday (called Friday)’
We were over the moon how quick they had dealt with this and got us booked in so soon after the weekend.
We met Evan there and knew we wanted this house.
I was such a pest as I kept on chasing to make sure things were going ok and going through. Evan was amazing. He wasn’t worried that I was bombarding him with emails constantly.
I was also popping in their estate agent too. Where I met Angela, who was lovely and reassuring!
Then it was all sorted! We got our keys from a lovely man (I only met him once and too excited to remember his name - sorry)!
All in all a fantastic service, great lovely people. I would not hesitate in using them again and I strongly, strongly recommend them. Nothing was too much for them!
