I was looking for a rental house in the Swindon/Cirencester area and tried various agencies with mixed results. Then, while browsing the internet, I came across the Cannon Estate website and I must say that, although the rental prices are generally higher compared to other agencies, the solutions they offer are all of high quality (which justifies the higher price).

Phil assisted me and managed to meet my expectations, offering me various viewings and finding what I was looking for. He was always available, punctual, and precise. Additionally, I needed to move quickly, and I mentioned this to Phil. With the help of Angela, they managed to handle all the necessary paperwork and assist me in filling out the rental forms within the required time. I am very satisfied with them and thank them for their support.
