Patrick joined Cannon Estates in 2026 and brings a genuine passion for the local area, having lived in Cirencester his entire life. His extensive knowledge of the town and surrounding villages allows him to provide valuable insight to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers alike.

As a Junior Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Patrick is focused on delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and developing his expertise across all aspects of the property industry. His aim is to establish himself as a trusted local property professional while helping clients navigate their property journey with confidence.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys playing sport or seeing his mates, often playing golf and cricket. He takes pride in being part of the local community and is excited to help people find their perfect home in an area he knows so well.
